(8)"Every starter signal or intermediate starter signal, protecting a line used for berthing of trains, shall have a board fixed on the signal post indicating clear standing length in meters written in white against a blue background. Where the clear standing length cannot be indicated on the signal post, a separate indicator board shall be provided.
