Section 60(2) in The Orissa Motor Vehicles Rules, 1993
(2)The owner/operator of every contract carriage other than motor cabs and auto-rickshaws shall furnish a list of passenger as provided in Sub-rule (1) at the police-station of the area from which the vehicle starts or at the first police-station on the way to its destination.
