Section 527(5) in Kolkata Municipal Corporation Act, 1980
(5)Any expenses incurred by the Municipal Commissioner under sub-section (4), which cannot be met out of the proceeds of the sale of materials of the building, shall be recovered from the owner of the building or any other person having an interest therein as an arrears of tax under this Act.
