In any case in which the High Court orders a person in custody to be brought before it or before a Court-martial, or before any Commissioner, or to be removed from one custody to another or to be set at liberty a warrant to that effect shall be prepared and signed by the Deput) Registrar and sealed with the seal of the High Court.
