(d)approaches to a hoist are provided with gates which are -(i)gridded to maintain visibility;(ii)at least 2.00 metre height; and(iii)equipped with a device which requires such gate to be closed before the platform of such hoist can leave the landing and prevents the gate from being opened unless such platform, is at the landing.
