Section 60(1) in Dakshin Bihar Gramin Bank (Officers and Employees) Service Regulations, 2010
(1)An officer or employee shall be eligible for casual leave on full emoluments for 12 working days in a calendar year:Provided that not more than four days casual leave may be availed of at any one time :Provided further that holidays and Sundays may not be combined with such leave in such a manner as to increase the absence at any one time beyond six days.
