Relevant Facts emerging during Hearing:

The following were present Appellant: Mr. Amarinder Singh Gill on video conference from NIC-Muktsar Studio; Respondent: Mr. Iqbal Singh Nagi, Manager and H. S. Gandhi, PIO & Chief Manager;
The Appellant has sought information in query (b) & (c) about the posting of selected candidates and whether they have been posted in their home districts. The PIO had stated that the no record of this nature has been maintained and candidates are posted as per the demand in various places. Since record sought by the Appellant is not kept in the format as desired by him no information has been provided on query (b) & (c).
Decision:
The Appeal is disposed.
The information sought by the appellant is not maintained and hence cannot be provided.
This decision is announced in open chamber. Notice of this decision be given free of cost to the parties. Any information in compliance with this Order will be provided free of cost as per Section 7(6) of RTI Act.
