58. Serving of tea and snacks at the work places.
- At a building or other construction work where a work place is situated at a distance of more than 200 meter from the canteen provided under sub-rule (1) of Rule 56, arrangement shall be made by the employer employing building workers at such place for serving tea and light refreshment to such building workers at such place.
