Section 23(2) in The Bar Council of Rajasthan Election Rules, 1968
(2)A voting paper shall not be signed by a voter, and in the event of any erasures, obliteration's or alterations in the voting paper or of the voting paper purporting to have been signed by the voter, the voting paper shall be deemed to have been defaced and no votes purporting to have been given thereby shall be taken into account for the purpose of the election.
