(4)Where more than one District Election Officer are designate or nominated for a district, the Commission shall in the order designating or nominating the District Election Officer also specify the area in respect of which each such officer shall exercise jurisdiction.Provided that, where the owner of such vehicle, vessel or animal being aggrieved by the amount of compensation so determined, makes an application within the prescribed time to the State Government the amount of compensation to be paid shall be such as the State Government may determine.
