Section 16(1) in Himalayan University, Itanagar (Arunachal Pradesh) Act, 2012
(1)There shall be a Dean of each Faculty who shall be appointed by the Chancellor or the Vice-Chancellor for a period of three years in such manner as may be prescribed by the Statutes.
