246. Serving of tea and snacks at the work places.
- At a building or other construction work where a work place situated at a distance of more than 0.2 km from the canteens, provided under sub-rule (1) of rule 244, arrangements shall be made by the employer employing building workers at such place, for serving tea and light refreshment to such building workers at such place.
