Section 68(1) in The Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966
(1)The Planning Authority or as the case may be, the officer aforesaid shall, not later than six months [from the date of the publication of the notice, in the Official Gazette, regarding the making of the draft scheme] [These words were substituted for the words 'from the date of the publication of the draft scheme in the Official Gazette', by Maharashtra 6 of 1976, Section 25(1).], submit the same with any modifications which it or he may have made therein together with a copy of objections received by it or him to the State Government, and shall at the same time apply for its sanction.
