Section 31(1) in Haryana Pond and Waste Water Management Authority Act, 2018
(1)If any difficulties arise in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the Government may, by order published in the Official Gazette, make such provision, not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, as appear to it to be necessary or expedient for removing the difficulties:Provided that no order shall be made under this section after the expiry of two years from the date of commencement of this Act.
