Section 25(1) in The Tamil Nadu State Agricultural Council Act, 2009
(1)For the retention of a name in the register, there shall be paid in every ten years to the Council, such renewal fee not exceeding one thousand rupees as may be provided in the regulation and such renewal fee shall be due to be paid before the first day of April of the year to which it relates.
