(4)Licence to be renewed annually. - The licence for a brewery must be renewed annually.The provisions of sub-rules (1), (2) and (3) shall apply mutatis mutandis to an application for the renewal of the licence, and such renewal be granted by the Commissioner if the applicant continues to satisfy the condition for the grant of a licence specified in sub-rule (3).
