Section 3 in The U.P. Regulation of Cold Storages Act, 1976
3. Constitution of the Board.
- The State Government shall, by notification, constitute a Cold Storage Advisory Board, which shall consist of the following members, namely:(a)The Agricultural Production Commissioner, Uttar Pradesh who shall be the Chairman of the Board;(b)A representative of the Agricultural Marketing Advisor to the Government of India;(c)The Director of Industries, Uttar Pradesh;(d)The Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Uttar Pradesh;(e)The Director of Mandis, Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow; and(f)The Director of Horticulture and Fruit Utilization, Uttar Pradesh who shall also act as Secretary.
