Section 1 in The Bihar Agricultural Produce Markets Act, 1960
1. Short title, extend and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Bihar Agricultural Produce Markets Act, 1960.(2)It extends to the whole of the Union territory of Manipur.(3)It shall come into force at one.
