Section 3A(3) in The Maharashtra Merged Territories (Janjira and Bhor) Khoti Tenure Abolition Act, 1953
(3)sub-section (1) of section 8 shall have effect as if for the words "the coming into force of this Act" the words brackets and figures "the coming into force of the Bombay Merged Territories (Janjira and Bhor) Khoti Tenure Abolition (Amendment) Act, 1963" had been substituted;
