Section 1 in Andhra Pradesh Metropolitan Region and Urban Development Authorities Rules, 2018
1. Short title and Application.
(1)These rules may be called the Andhra Pradesh Metropolitan Region and Urban Development Authorities Rules, 2018.(2)They shall apply to all the development areas as notified under Section 34 of the Andhra Pradesh Metropolitan Region and Urban Development Authorities Act, 2016.
