(2)The [Commissioner] [This word was substituted for the words 'State Government' by Bombay 8 of 1958, Schedule.] on receipt of the report from the prescribed authority may-(a)confirm the declaration under sub-section (1) or (3) of section 11 or subsection (1) of section 12 either with or without modification; or(b)cancel any such declaration.
