Section 35(1) in The Punjab Habitual Offenders (Control and Reform) Rules, 1957
(1)Separate sections shall be provided in every Settlement for the following types of settlers :-(i)Single male settlers.(ii)Single females.(iii)Settlers belonging to same families.
