Ltd. vs. Many Mamachan Bahurasanam Kinnsyumukhy Manalil) it is submitted on behalf of the appellant that it was not open for the learned Commissioner to have awarded compensation beyond what is permissible under the Employees Compensation Act, 1923. Relying upon paragraph 5 of the Civil Application it is submitted that the amount of compensation as payable under the Schedule would be Rs.6,33,360/-
Issue notice of this application, returnable on 22/02/2019.
