Section 5(53) in The City of Nagpur Corporation Act, 1948
(53)"water connection" includes -(a)any tank, cistern, hydrant, stand-pipe, meter or tap situated on private property and connected with a water main or pipe belonging to the Corporation;(b)the water pipe connecting such tank, cistern, hydrant, stand-pipe, meter or tap with such water main or pipe;
