Section 7(1) in The Bihar Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Rules, 1972
(1)A person shall be disqualified for being re-appointed, and for being a member of the Board-(i)if he is of unsound mind and stands so declared by a competent Court; or(ii)if he is an undischarged insolvent; or(iii)if he has been or is convicted of an offence which, in the opinion of the State Government, involves moral turpitude.
