Section 44(1) in Andhra Pradesh (Andhra Area) Town-Planning Act, 1920
(1)The [State Government] [The words 'Provincial Government' were Substituted For the words 'local Government' by the A.O.1937 and the word 'State' was Substituted For Provincial by the A.O.1950.] may make rules consistent with this act either generally or for any particular area, to carry out all the purposes of this Act and such rules may be incorporated in any scheme by a reference thereto in the scheme, subject to any modifications that may be set out in the scheme.
