Section 1 in Telangana Animals and Birds Sacrifices Prohibition Act, 1950
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called [the Telangana Animals and Birds Sacrifices Prohibition Act, 1950.] [Substituted by G.O.Ms.No.45, Law (F) Department, dated 01.06.2016.](2)It extends to the whole of the State of [Telangana] [Substituted by G.O.Ms.No.45, Law (F) Department, dated 01.06.2016.].(3)This section shall come into force at once; and the rest of this Act shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification in the [Telangana] [Substituted by G.O.Ms.No.45, Law (F) Department, dated 01.06.2016.] Gazette, appoint.
