Section 9 in The West Bengal Government Townships (Extension of Civic Amenities) Act, 1975
9. Delegation.
- Subject to such conditions as may be imposed by rules made in this behalf the Administrator may by an order in writing delegated any of his powers under this Act to any officer or employee appointed under section 4 to assist him.
