Section 46(3) in Tamil Nadu Music and Fine Arts University Act, 2013
(3)A person appointed as Head of the Department shall hold office as such for a period of three years and shall be eligible for reappointment:Provided that a Head of the Department on attaining the age of sixty years shall cease to hold office as such.
