99. Power of State Government to Guarantee.
(1) In case of any debenture or of any class or series or issue of debentures issued under the Act, the State Government shall guarantee repayment of the principal and the payment of the interest thereon, subject to such maximum amount of principal or such rate of interest and such other conditions, as the State Government may decide.(2)Such debentures shall not be issued by a Co-operative society save with the express authority of the State Government.
