Section 15 in The Assam Secondary Education Act, 1961

15. Constitution of Secondary Education Board Fund.

- A fund to be called Secondary Education Board Fund shall be constituted an all sums received by or on behalf of the Board under this Act shall be placed to the credit thereof.
