Section 2(1)(vii) in Andhra Pradesh Engineering Common Entrance test for Diploma Holders, (ECET-FDH) Rules, 2003

(vii)"Qualified Candidate" means the candidate who has appeared for the ECET-FDH and has been assigned rank in the common merit list and has the eligibility as per the criteria laid under Rule 3;
