(6)Where, on receipt of the intimation referred to in sub-rule (5) the officer is satisfied that there has occurred a change in the particulars of the beneficiary, as entered in the identity card, or that such particulars need to be updated, he shall amend the said card and also record the change which has occurred in the register referred to in sub-rule (4).
