Section 115(1) in The Jammu and Kashmir Electricity Act, 2010
(1)The Government in consultation with the High Court may, for the purposes of providing speedy trial of offences referred to in sections 95 to 100 and section 110, by notification constitute as many Special Courts as may be necessary for such area or areas, as may be specified in the notification.
