COCP-689-2015 The order dated 23.09.2014, the non compliance of which the petitioner alleges, required the respondents of the writ petition to consider the claim of the petitioner for appointment in accordance with their policy framework and to take an appropriate decision within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of the order, which has since been taken as has been stated at bar by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents, rendering the instant petition infructuous, which is disposed of accordingly, leaving the petitioner to his remedies in law in the event of his dissatisfaction against the order so passed.
