Section 9(1) in Jammu and Kashmir Specified Wakafs and Specified Wakaf Properties (Management and Regulation) Act, 2004
(1)The members shall elect the Vice-Chairman from amongst themselves:Provided that pending elections under this sub-section, the Chairman may nominate any member as Vice-Chairman.
