Section 9(6) in Bihar High Schools (Constitution, Powers and Functions of Managing Committee) Rules, 1964
(6)The vacancy caused in the office of the President of the Committee shall be filled up by election from amongst its members other than the headmaster and the teachers' representative by the members of the Committee for the time being.
