03. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical) Mode.
2. Heard Mr. K.K. Swain, learned counsel for the Petitioner.
3. Since a prayer has been made to quash the select list so published by the OPSC under Annexure-7 and none of the selectees have been impleaded as Party to the writ petition, learned counsel for the Petitioner is directed to implead the selected candidates as Party to the writ petition by filing appropriate application in that regard.
4. As requested by Mr. Swain, learned counsel for the Petitioner, list this matter after two (2) weeks in order to enable him to file appropriate application.
