Section 66(xiv) in The Jharkhand Agricultural Produce Markets Rules, 2000
(xiv)He shall prefer complaints in respect of prosecutions to be launched on behalf of the Market Committee and conduct proceedings, civil or criminal in all courts and tribunal or any authority on behalf of the Market Committee.
