Section 24(2) in The Orissa Minerals (Prevention Of Theft, Smuggling And Other Unlawful Activities) Act, 1988
(2)When an order of confiscation or any property passed under Section 16 has become final under that section in respect of the whole or any portion of the property, such property or the portion thereof at the case may be, shall vest in the Government free from all encumbrances.
