Section 12(2) in The Orissa Staff Selection Commission Rules, 1993
(2)The District Superintendent shall in consultation with the Commission appoint as many as Deputy Superintendents from among the Gazatted Officers under his jurisdiction in order to ensure smooth conduct of the said written examination in the district.
