Section 98(g) in U.P. Building And Other Construction Workers (Regulation Of Employment And Conditions Of Service) Rules, 2009
(g)store places are so constructed that -(i)there is no risk of structural steel or prefabricated parts falling or overturning;(ii)storage conditions generally ensue stability and avoid damage having regard to the method of storage and atmospheric conditions; and(iii)racks are set on firm ground and designed so that units cannot move accidentally in such store places.
