(4)The University may collaborate with other Universities, research institutes and other scientific and academic institutions pursuing the study of agriculture and sciences basic to agriculture, in making and implementing programmes of common interest for the benefit of agriculture whether such institutions are situated within or outside the State of West Bengal, in order to ensure that the efforts made by all of them become complimentary to one another.
