82. Operation of accounts.
- Subject to the other provisions of this Act, payment from the Municipal Fund shall be made in such manner as may be determined by regulations, and the heads of accounts referred to in section-75 shall be operated by such officers of the Municipality as may be authorized by the Municipality by regulations.
