13. Testimonials.
- 1. Testimonials regarding satisfactory service as an apprentice engineer or as an apprentice fitter shall be signed by the person under whom the candidate has undergone the satisfactory service as an apprentice engineer or as an apprentice fitter and shall specify the nature of the work performed by him and the period of such work in each department.
