11. Managing Committee in respect of provincialised, Pre-senior Madrassa.
- The constitution, composition, powers, functions and duties of the Managing Committee in respect of Pre-senior Madrassa shall be governed by the provisions of the Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act, 2009 (Central Act 35 of 2009) and the rules framed thereunder.
