.-(1) A Board may provide or prescribe suitable routes for the use of persons passing through the cantonment-(a)on their way to or from fairs or places of pilgrimage or other places of public resort; or(b)during times when an infectious or contagious disease is prevalent, and may, by public notice, require such persons as aforesaid to use such routes and no others.(2)All routes provided or prescribed under sub-section (1) shall be clearly and sufficiently indicated by the Board.Special conditions regarding essential services
