Section 27 in The Orissa Veterinary Practitioners Act, 1969
27. Notice of deaths and removal of names from register.
- On receipt of any reliable information regarding the death of any registered veterinary practitioner the Registrar shall, after making such enquiry as he thinks fit, remove the name of the deceased from the register.
