26.
The rules framed under the Guardians and Wards Act,1890 by the Patna High Court and published in Bihar Gazette-III dated the 27th May, 1931 and 8th September, 1933 shall be applicable in matter relating to Guardians and Wards Act, 1890 to the extent they are not inconsistent with the provisions of the Act or the Rules framed thereunder.
