Learned senior advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that, the petitioners are in custody in excess of 70 days.
Learned advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the dying declaration.
The dying declaration names both the petitioners as the persons participating in the crime. Considering the dying declaration, we are unable to grant bail to the petitioners.
Accordingly, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected and the application being CRM 7309 of 2021 is dismissed.
